Terms & Conditions – Endless Tunnel Run

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Endless Tunnel Run mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”), developed and maintained by Mohamed Amine Sardi (hereinafter referred to as the “Developer” or “Service Provider”). The Application is provided as a free-to-play game.

By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the Application immediately.

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and database rights, are and shall remain the exclusive property of the Developer.

  • Modify, update, or suspend the Application at any time;
  • Add, remove, or change features without prior notice;
  • Discontinue the Application permanently or temporarily.
• The Developer does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or compatibility with all devices, operating systems, or screen resolutions.

3. Advertising and Third-Party Services

The Application integrates third-party services for advertising and analytics purposes, including but not limited to:

• Yandex Advertising Network
• Yandex AppMetrica
• Google AdMob
• AppLovin
• Firebase (Analytics & Crashlytics)

These services may automatically collect and process the following types of data from your device:

• Device model, operating system, and screen resolution
• Advertising ID (AAID)
• Usage statistics (session duration, interactions, crashes)
• Approximate location (country/region based on IP address)
• Network information (Wi-Fi/mobile connection type)
• List of installed applications (used solely for fraud detection and ad optimization)

🔹 Note: This data is collected and shared automatically by the SDKs. The Developer does not access, store, or control this data directly.
🔹 These third parties may use the data for advertising, analytics, and security purposes, in accordance with their own privacy policies.

The Developer is not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or policies of any third-party service.

4. Internet and Data Usage

• Certain features (e.g., ads, analytics) require an active internet connection.
• You are solely responsible for:
  • Any data, network, or roaming charges incurred while using the Application;
  • Ensuring sufficient battery life and stable connectivity.

The Developer is not liable for loss of functionality due to poor or absent internet connection.
